Overview:
The Sashboard is designed to collate data through Wi-Fi and provide key functionalities, including visualizing fume hood use trends at organizational, lab, and individual levels, and estimating associated cost, energy, and carbon savings.
It can automate analysis for shut-the-sash competitions and identifies high-impact opportunities for HVAC energy savings by highlighting fume hood-driven rooms.
The platform features an Overview Page showing average sash height and impact cards for savings, a People Page for tracking lab performance, a Fume Hoods Page for identifying hotspots, a Data Query Page for custom analyses, and a Shut the Sash Page for managing behavorial competitions.
Its modeling uses sash height along with building, room, and fume hood variables to provide coarse estimates of savings.
