1. Help us "grow our school" to earn credits
The credit system:
We operate on a Sensor-Match system. For every new sensor brought into the school, you get credit for one of your own.
For every 1 Sensor your referral connects within their first 90 days, you earn 1 Credit.
1 Credit = 1 Month of Free Subscription for one of your own sensors.
Multipliers:
Some catches are bigger than others. We reward you for bringing in committed partners and industrial customers.
Annual Plan Multiplier (2x): If your referral commits to an Annual Plan, your credits DOUBLE.
Industrial Multiplier (3x): If your referral is a Corporate/Industrial facility, your credits TRIPLE.
If you land an Industrial Partner on an Annual Plan, your credits are multiplied by FIVE.

4. Rules
90-Day Limit
Credits are calculated based on the total hardware purchased and activated by the new customer within their first 90 days.
Why? This encourages new schools to migrate fully and quickly. Expansions after day 90 are considered natural growth and do not generate credits.
Banking & Cash Out
What if earn more credits than you can use?
Zero-Cost Subscription: Credits apply automatically until your bill is $0 every month.
Rolling over: Excess credits roll over to the next contract year.
Payout: If you bank 24 months of free service, you can cash out further credits at 50% of face value (capped at $5k/year) or continue using the credits to cover subscription costs at full value.
5. How to participate
Before your referral signs their contract, send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Referral: [New Customer's Name]". Copy your contact at the new lab so we can confirm the connection.
Once they sign, we automatically track every hardware order they make during their first 90 days. You don't need to forward us invoices or count sensors manually.
On Day 91, we tally the total number of credits you've earned and we will send you a line-item report with the details
Your credits will automatically apply to your next scheduled invoice, reducing it to $0. Any remaining credits will be banked for future bills.
6. Fine Print
Values of 1 credit = The monthly subscription cost of 1 sensor at your current tier.
Referrals must be distinct new billing entities. Adding to an existing account doesn't count.
Non-Profits: We love non-profits (who already get up to 66% off). If you refer one, your credits are based on the number of sensors, not the dollar amount—so you still get full credit for growing the school!
